The sign on the door says "INTERIM HEALTH". Please go in and take a seat.

1. Take exit 21 for Plantation St (toward Worcester)
2. Take N Lake Ave south 1.4 miles to MA-9/Boston Worcester Turnpike (Boston Turnpike Rd)
3. Turn left onto Route 9 (Boston Worcester Turnpike/Turnpike Rd)
4. Go 1.5 miles to your destination and turn right into the 364 Boston Turnpike parking lot, the 5th driveway on the right after Stone Avenue.
